Not a great experience this time. There were tiny cockroaches in the room. There were no dental kit, shaving kit, comb, room sleepers etc like other Ginger hotels keep in the bathroom.

Once I reached the hotel, they said the room is not available. I showed the voucher, then they said we will provide a handicapped room which is the only one available. Finally, I stayed there.

The room was very unhygienic with cockroaches roaming here and there. The room amenities were also very poor. I paid for a night and it was not at all worth it. Worst staying experience ever

i stayed at this hotel recently and would like to share my experience to help other travelers. Room & Cleanliness: The bedsheets and blankets provided were very dirty, and despite informing the staff, the issue continued. The washroom flush was not working properly. Although the maintenance team responded quickly each time, the same problem kept happening repeatedly. The exhaust fan in the washroom was also not working, causing unpleasant smells to enter the room. Noise & Surroundings: The hotel is right next to a highway, and there was constant hammering and traffic noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast Quality: Breakfast was average. They even kept old fruits like bananas and watermelon that seemed 3–4 days old, which was disappointing. Safety & Exit Experience: While exiting the hotel, there was heavy traffic on the service road. The gatekeeper did not make any effort to help us safely take our car onto the road. They simply watched while we struggled,With such a busy service road. Overall: Overall, it felt like we had no other option after checking in. The hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety. Tip for Future Guests: Please make sure you personally check the room, washroom, and cleanliness before confirming your check-in.

Room not clean at par also bathroom not cleaned up to the mark if it is point of improvement of that

It's in a good location, The food is also good , rooms are well cleaned but washroom taps are broken.

Cockroach and heavily dirty bedclothes. Food remained untouched because of possible cockroachs also in the kitchen.

Room Size Small. Space is blocked by bed...No easy access to cupboard. Furniture inside room is old. Wooden parts lost polish. Washroom are dull, small and old looking filled with lot of white cement.

Everything was good. Staff behaviour was also good and friendly. Location of the hotel is very good and near to main highway.

Room and room service was good. But the food was average quality. No attendant for carrying luggage up to the room .

Bad services by MMT, they changed the date 1 day and night booking changed in Day booking and deducted full charges and now no responses by costume support team..,...,............................... ....

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the deplorable condition of the room I stayed in at your hotel in November 2025. The experience fell *far below the standards* expected of a star establishment like Ginger, and I hope you address these issues *immediately* to uphold your brand’s reputation. # Issues Observed: 1. *Pest Infestation:* - *Cockroaches* were visible in the room, scrambling across the walls and bathroom. This is *unacceptable* for a hotel of your standing. 2. *Filthy Bathroom:* - The bathroom was dirty, with stained fixtures, clogged drains, and a lingering foul odor. The towels were unhygienic & stinking. 3. *Outdated & Broken Amenities:* - *Switchboards* were old, non-functional, and unsafe. - *Furniture* (bed, chairs, tables) was ruffled, broken, and uncomfortable. - No soap or dental kits available

Very bad, food plates charges needs to be paid if we demand plates, no toothbrush in the rooms, these are also chargeable , Cockroaches on the food during morning breakfast ,

service was average breakfast was below average. I paid approx a 1000 for breakfast which wasnt worth it.

From check in to check out it was smooth and classy. Cultured behaviour of staff, good bathroom and towels and linen, tasty food reasonably priced though options weren’t too many. Overall a very pleasant experience

Shady reception, unskilled staff, poorly maintained property. I had booked 2 rooms out of which 1 room was full of cigarette smoke. When I raised a verbal complaint, the staff “upgraded” me to a smaller and more congested room. Small bathroom with no exhaust. Staff cleaned my room without permission. Water dripping from AC. Dust over the furniture. Terrible experience + No refund. Being a TataNeu member and share holder in various Tata Companies including IHCL, an utter disappointment.

The whole experience was good The hotel staff was very cooperative Location is also very good And the services are also very Good

Room was neat. Staff was courteous. Staff could be a bit more proactive while dealing with guests/customers.
