Ginger Pondicherry

The hotel stay , food & hospitality was good. I personally recommend Ginger hotel for both business & personal stay.

The entire night i couldn't sleep, itching after sleeping on the bed and using a blanket. stinking room, no balcony, a dharamshala will be much better than choosing this room. i had not stayed in that bad room and hotel. playing with the brand of Tata Group of hotel. The service staff was good, however GM must be sleeping and has no control over basic amenities to be fixed. very bad experience and regrets staying here.

Rooms very very small , don't consider if with kid. Bathroom was bit smelly . Restaurant is good and location is good.Parking is available

Just average stay and expectations was more from this being Ginger hotel. Staff is too casual, room service is exceptionally delayed. We opted for breakfast package and both days of our stay they were not able to serve as quickly as food was getting over. People either had to wait longer for food to come or waiting for table to be available. Same was story for parking, if you come roughly after 8pm you have to park your car outside premises on the road as parking will be full.

It was good experience,food was great.Yuvraj and Nikhitha were polite and service was excellent.....

Room size is very small , would be better to have shower curtain as washroom gets watery after use.

Great experience at Ginger Hotel Pondicherry. Nice connectivity to important places in Pondicherry, courteous staff and good food. Overall a pleasant experience.

Ginger Hotel lives upto its brand name. Great service, clean rooms, prompt staff, good food and nice connectivity to scenic places in Pondicherry. It is very close to Sunrise beach - one of the less explored beaches of Pondicherry.

Location was great, however facility is very old and needs serious maintenance (Lift, bathroom door, fittings, etc) food was also average with very limited options for Buffet and not worth for the money charged. however hospitality by well trained few of the staff members is very good, I would like to appreciate Varshitha and Kavitha for their dedication towards customer services.

Overall stay is good. Parking, Food, Service, breakfast all are up to the mark. Nagaya & Nikita at the front desk were very supportive for the hassle free check in and check out. Shivaprakash, the manager from restaurant is also nice and courteous.

The food was very good there....we are vegetarians but still the food was really tasty. The rooms were small (I had taken the twin bed room), and there was no table and chair provided, which was an issue as I had to catch up with a lot of office work. The hotel may be close to the airport, however it is not so close to the city centre. You will require to take an auto or taxi to reach the city centre. If you are ok to hire two wheelers then it will be a better solution. There were quite a few guests on business, so possibly providing a daily morning newspaper may be considered (apart from the table and chair in each room). Overall, an ok stay.

it was a fascinating stay Yuvraj from ginger was very friendly and helped us in every possible way. at ginger you will feel like staying at home

The stay was extremely comfortable along with staff treatment were top notch . Food are available at affordable price with good quality taste
