Staff for room service and for luggage not available intercom not working food quality very bad

The Ginger I stayed in Mumbai near the Airport and this Ginger in East Delhi was poles apart. We arrived late around 11.30 pm and still the room was not ready.

terrible stay worst hospitality the staff is very rude We repeatedly tried to reach staff, but no one responded or arrived, despite being told they were coming. We waited in the lobby for over an hour with no assistance, while mosquitoes kept biting us

As i booked this hotel for a day purpose for 9-5 but they told us to checkout at 3:00 pm due to less room for other people

Check in delayed by 50 minutes Rooms were not clean Load shedding there was no electricity for atleast an hour.

bedsheet was poor quality mark of cumshot was there pillow are smelling very bad waiting period was too long there was no hot water at all

Hot water was not available. Not worth the money.very odd time of checkin(2 pm). Not customer friendly.
