the room was way to small. even the bathroom was 75% of the size of the room. no remote provided for ac. staffs were natural with no expression

room is very congested and too small no extra space.and no food & tea service by hotel .no house keeper daily keep the room clean.

all r good.property r very clean location r also good. service r very good. all staff r very thankful

Even the a/c rooms of that hotel do not have intercom telephone, no drinking water service. They give water filled in bottles whoever asks. Below average hotel. But bathroom was clean 90 out of 100.

Location is good but room is very small for single person room and price is little bit high.

After arriving, while calling them, they didn’t open the gate and their both phone number was also switched off. Unable to stay there

Very bad very poor no manners no discipline bad, bad, bad 100% bad and poor service don't stay here so many option is available on this rate and location.

Room is very small. And not decorated there no hanger for hanging our clothes no wifi absolutely not satisfied

I stay in this hotel as on 12th feb. The hotel is totally wastage of money. There is no proper room, bad sheet, blanket, towels, tv and ac, geyser is not working but they charged. Owner behavior's is not good. He is greedy. They are not provide hand soap, oil pouch, and other things. I suggest you please don't book this hotel.

I booked a non-ac room. Got a very small single room that is comfortable. Blanket was not provided. Water heater and other basic facilities were there.

Rooms are very small, bathroom was extremely narrow and they charge extra for water heater and the ac. Staff was decent though. Honestly felt dissatisfied!

The place is pretty clean and fresh. Bedsheet and pillow covers are fresh ones. They also provided a thick blanket which holds a good amount of cold. The bathroom was clean and ventilated. Everything is perfect.

Excellent location, centre of city. Polite and supportive owner n staff. Helpful and supportive. Arranged vehicle for sightseeing with less price. Properly guided every thing from location to bus no.

I searched on google and fine this place but now i'm not happy with this place the behaviour of the staffs was rude and the service was not good

The room was too small and the tariff is disproportionately high compared to the it's size. Hot water through the geyeser was provided after much persuation with the guest house manager. Cleanliness is ok and staff behaviour is quite good. Location of the guest house is very good. The guest house does not have any in-house restaurant but many eateries are of varied cost are located at nereby locations.

Hotel is good, people are also good. Location is not good. Room is average type. Small rooms. Bathroom is not very clean.
