Property location is good. Located at main road, easily accessible from station and bus stand. Beach is nearby. Good for family stay, staff behavior and food quality was good. Property was neat and clean just the rooms need to be maintained a bit from inside.

It was a dream stay, beyond our expectations, with beautiful surroundings" or "This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had; I will definitely stay here again". 

Something okay at this price however room AC could be better few rooms have good amenities and few have the worst. However the hotel people have made this system to differentiate. according to the price range it is okay for a set of friends and couples need to check for amenities before accepting the room

Toilet was lack of cleanliness and attention to detail is quite disappointing. and Room not clean, It significantly affects the overall experience and comfort of the stay.

Very bad experience. Airconditioner was not working properly. Bedsheet and pillow cover were very dirty. Hotel management gave me a room at extreme back side of the building. There was nothing to see from balcony but had to see bags of full of empty bottles and garbage. There was an iron made temporary staircase next to the rooms window.The hotel authorities did not give me another room despite asking. I felt lack of security while taking my family. Good thing the breakfast was very good and staff's behaviour was also very good

hotel is in proper new digha It is on the main road all the transportation are available. parking passage is good

Stayed from 8th August till 10th August 2025. Happy with the stay. kids enjoyed much. Just to note, a bit old hotel compared to all those new one in surrounding area is the only -ve of this hotel. Value for money.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Four Square Holidays Hotel, Digha, booked via MakeMyTrip. I had chosen a package that included breakfast and lunch/dinner, but the food served was of extremely poor quality—unhygienic, tasteless, and far below acceptable standards. This seriously affected the enjoyment of my trip. Additionally, the behavior of the hotel staff, especially during check-out, was rude, uncooperative, and unprofessional. Such treatment of guests is unacceptable and reflects poorly on MakeMyTrip for allowing such hotels to remain listed on your platform. I trusted MMT for reliable and quality hotel listings, but this experience has left me highly disappointed. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. I urge MakeMyTrip to take this matter seriously, review the standards of this hotel, and ensure that such listings are not allowed to tarnish your reputation. I request appropriate action and compensation.

AC not working, Dirty Swimming pool, otherwise room was okey, restaurant food very bad taste, very bad experience

Far away from sea beach. water of swimming pool was dirty. Airconditioner not working properly. Dirty Bed sheet

Pool was extremely dirty....food quality is very poor they give leftover food......room was ok ok....not so good and very tiny washroom was not cleaned properly.

It was a terrific experience. we went with family and it's not at all family friendly. Food was not serving on time and health issues occured due to the food. swimming pool is a horrible place with drinkers.

according to the price it is good choice, I found it on mmt, pool is there, but small if hotel is crowded.

No door mat near washroom, washroom was not clean. No intercom available in the room, had to wait more than 20 minutes for a bottle of water. As the property had swimming pool the floor(gallery) was too wet and slippery. Food was average staff behaviour was quite polite location was also good

The stay at the property was good ,service was excellent.only the swimming pool is old style

there are lots issue in the room . like Door lock issue , Swimming poll not clean , washroom shower and water output issue.We was stay for two days there are no any room cleaner for next day.We had asked for Aquaguard water but they says that water available have to come with water bottle but Those who booked room by resepation hotel staff sent pani bottle to them .restaurent food quality is better but service is too slow .

The hotel was nice. 10 min walk from sea beach. But around 15-17 min walk from Jagannath Mandir. Over all the stay was nice...as expected. Loved it.. Recommend!!
