Very bad service

The bathroom’s taps, all were leaking and there was no geyser in working condition. When i insisted, the service boy brought warm water in a small bucket and asked us to mix it with another bucket of cold water and use it. Not only us, many of other guests were having the same problem of water leakage from all taps and geyser not working

Udaipur trip with family anf and experience at florence hot

Experience at this hotel was very bad. Drinking water was not provided until asked. In the days of peak winter hot water was not being provided at night. Cleanliness state was also not good. Overall it was a very bad experience. It is good that we stayed only for 2 nights and mostly we were out.

The sanitation was a big issue. Bathrooms were not hygienic at all. The walls of the room had graffiti which should have been cleaned but i guess no one bothered to make that effort.

Terrible Stay

It's worth less experience with florence this time. I connected with last 2 years but day by service going down. No quick response and no quick solution. Manager not able to handle the issue. I check out the hotel after spend 3 days and check in shahpura hotel on same rate. Getting shocked to check in with shahpura hotel. 1. Welcome drinks with apple flavour. 2. Room size is to wide compression to florance. 3. In room i got shaving kit, brush with past, classic soap, moisturizer cream, after shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, use n throw sleeper, cofy n tea packet etc. 4. Unlimited breakfast like upma, poha, boiled eggs, natural juices, aaloo paratha with curd, milk, idli and sambhar, bread with butter - jam, corn flakes, tea n coffee, iron press,. 5. Can be drink at top floor near swimming pool. On same rate 2000 florance give just limited breakfast only. No hot water.

Terrible hotel and services never recommend this hotel to anybody

Very bad experience never book this hotel. Wastage of money. Bathroom to itne bekar hai ki poocho mat. Worst kitchen service not supportive kitchen staff at all, food is also not good. Room ka ac bina pooche band kar dete hai main switch se aur bathroom mein giesure hi nhi hai garam pani ke lye bolna pad-ta hai. Totally unsatisfied
