We stayed at Zone Connect Hotel, Udaipur from 19th October 2025 to 23rd October 2025, in Premium Room 310 (3rd Floor). It was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences for my family.
Room & Facilities:
The room was large, and we were provided with an extra bed sheet as per plan, along with breakfast. That’s probably the only positive point. Everything else was a struggle.
• The toilet flush didn’t work properly throughout the stay.
• There was no running water for three full days due to some so-called “water issue.”
• No hot water for three days because of a boiler problem, and staff kept providing buckets of hot water only when we called repeatedly at reception.
• Wi-Fi was not working for three days straight.
• Floor corridors were dirty and never properly cleaned.
• There were ceiling leakages on multiple floors — clear signs of poor maintenance.
• On the last day, our room key card stopped working for no reason.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was very monotonous — 80% of the items were repeated daily. Every morning the same kheer, idli-sambar, poha, bread butter, sautéed vegetables, same fruits and same juice. No variety, no change, just the same boring menu.
Other Facilities:
The swimming pool was just average, not very clean or inviting.
Staff:
The only saving grace was the staff’s polite behavior — especially the housekeeping team (mostly from the North East) who were courteous and tried their best despite poor management.
Overall:
A pathetic and frustrating stay. My family really struggled due to the constant water and maintenance issues. Definitely not worth ₹3700 per night. The management seriously needs to take responsibility and improve the basic amenities before charging premium rates.
Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
