Room was clean and decent, AC didn't work properly and breakfast was not good, has no live counter. Even the coffee machine was not functional.

1/5 stars Absolute disaster! Zone Connect Udaipur was a nightmare. The manager was unhelpful, and Unprofessional, rude staff & not understanding. Wouldn't recommend to my enemy. Worst hotel experience EVER. 🏨💔 #NeverAgain #WorstHotel

The room was amazing and the staff was good. The breakfast was very bad and need a lot of improvement in taste and in menu. The staff were a bit negligent but overall good.

Property is not maintained and service is pathetic. Being the 4 star hotel they don't have live counter in breakfast and service is pathetic even toaster is in very bad condition. have to toast bread thrice to get it toasted. Lift is not operational having 5 floors. Building and room condition are very bad. I have attached pics as well. staff is very less. Gate security is doing all work from parking till putting the luggage in the room

House keeping service is not good. Kitchen smelled. Lift not working. Parking not available inside area. Very small swimming pool.

We stayed at Zone Connect Hotel, Udaipur from 19th October 2025 to 23rd October 2025, in Premium Room 310 (3rd Floor). It was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences for my family. Room & Facilities: The room was large, and we were provided with an extra bed sheet as per plan, along with breakfast. That’s probably the only positive point. Everything else was a struggle. • The toilet flush didn’t work properly throughout the stay. • There was no running water for three full days due to some so-called “water issue.” • No hot water for three days because of a boiler problem, and staff kept providing buckets of hot water only when we called repeatedly at reception. • Wi-Fi was not working for three days straight. • Floor corridors were dirty and never properly cleaned. • There were ceiling leakages on multiple floors — clear signs of poor maintenance. • On the last day, our room key card stopped working for no reason. Breakfast: Breakfast was very monotonous — 80% of the items were repeated daily. Every morning the same kheer, idli-sambar, poha, bread butter, sautéed vegetables, same fruits and same juice. No variety, no change, just the same boring menu. Other Facilities: The swimming pool was just average, not very clean or inviting. Staff: The only saving grace was the staff’s polite behavior — especially the housekeeping team (mostly from the North East) who were courteous and tried their best despite poor management. Overall: A pathetic and frustrating stay. My family really struggled due to the constant water and maintenance issues. Definitely not worth ₹3700 per night. The management seriously needs to take responsibility and improve the basic amenities before charging premium rates. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. A big NO for Zone Connect Udaipur.

Room amenities is not as per premium but overall experiance is better as per facilities provied by them

Linen is old and utensils stand kept in room was very dirty. Behavior of female receptionist was very rude and uncooperative.
