I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The bathroom door was not closing properly, the phone and desk in the room were broken, and the room was full of cockroaches. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. Definitely not worth the price and not recommended at all.

Dear guest Thanks for your valuable feedback We check with our unit team there was no intimation about any pest or cockroach on reception during your stay As we follow all hygiene standards and do pest controll on regular basis . Also bed side table was rectified at the same time while it was damaged after your check-in when you sit on the table while reading book as we already told at same time that table is for keeping phone and other stuff . Also we check during the stay is things are rectified now there was an positive response during the feedback call and stay was for 2 days . The room category booked by you is deluxe room but we gave free upgrade your room to executive category on request . Also you worked in well known company like Reliance retail still you put an false review . Thanks and regards Team Enrise

Worst property to live in, they claim it’s a one and half month old renovated property, bathroom door has no locks, cleanliness is absolutely missing. Room service and housekeeping services take more than 20 minutes to reach you, tv remote doesn’t work. And the MANAGEMENT has got an excuse for every matter which needs to be addressed but are sloppy and shy away from their duties. This property should shut down as Sayaji doesn’t know how to employ the right people for the hospitality business. I will never repeat my stay here and will never recommend this property again,

🚫 Very Bad Experience – Never Stay Here 🚫 This hotel is the worst I have stayed in. I booked a couple room but they gave twin beds. Towels were dirty. Bedsheet was torn and broken. No dental kit, no soap in the bathroom. Absolutely unhygienic and poorly managed. ❌ Don’t waste your money here – never go to this hotel.

Dear Guest, We regret to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. For clarity, your check-in was at 1:00 am and checkout at 7.00 am, and during this time we did not receive any request for towels or dental kit also we place one dental kit in every room as per basic standard — which we provide immediately upon call. Regarding the room, both twin and king categories are listed online, and since we did not receive a request for a couple room prior to arrival, allocation was done as per availability. We will still ensure to brief our team better so that future experiences are smoother. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
