Lock is not working in bathroom & water pressure very low in shower hanger was broken in bathroom, buffet dinner taste is not good

I stayed in Room No 410… it was stinking. Bed Sheets and Pillow covers were not clean. Hotel is very old. Infrastructure need replacement. Fortunately the breakfast was good.

My stay was very good. The rooms were clean, staff was helpful and the food was excellent. Overall, a nice and memorable experience.

During my stay, I had a very disappointing experience with the staff. I had accidentally left my charging cable in a cab and my phone battery was only 2%. I requested the reception to lend me a charging cable just for 10 minutes, but they clearly refused, saying they did not have one. However, I had already seen a charger with the reception staff during check-in. Later, when I went upstairs, I saw a charger at the spa counter and politely asked if I could charge my phone for a few minutes since my battery was completely drained. Unfortunately, the spa staff also refused and told me to ask the hotel staff instead. On top of that, their behavior was very rude and unhelpful. This kind of attitude from the staff left a very bad impression.

It was good House keeping and surrounding was not noisy.

Smooth checkin and checkout, friendly staff and even your small needs and daily use kits like tooth paste, toothbrush, saving kits have been provided by the Hotel and food is also good. I had ordered Paneer Tikka Biryani and it was delicious.

excellent service. The food was delicious. The stay was Cozy and peaceful. Absolutely 10 on 10. Recommended.

Facilities about the room cleaning is worse and they came at 10.30 pm at night for cleaning the room inspite of so many reminders. Bed was provided is of worst condition. I won't recommend anyone though it is close to public transport.

Basic amenities were available, but a few, like the Wi-Fi speed and bathroom fittings, could be improved. Breakfast had a fair variety, but the taste was just okay. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay if you’re not looking for luxury, but there’s room for improvement in comfort and service.

House keeping people came at 10.30 pm for the room clean when I asked them what's the problem of cleaning and the beds are disturbing while sleep and they are uneven . they don't have courtesy to change the room also when I have informed thrice.
