The Room is okay, but their breakfast is too good and worth it......

Not worth the price it too old one neatness also location are good but not worth for this amount.

It is very pleasant stay. Neat and clean room and good food. Location also great to catch any vehicle.

Our stay at Empire International Church Street, Bengaluru, was very disappointing. We had booked a triple-sharing room for 3 nights, yet on the first day they provided only two 500ml water bottles for all three of us. The next day, when we requested more water (a very genuine request since it should be one bottle per person per night), they reluctantly gave us three bottles, that too only after asking. For a 3-night stay, we received just five small bottles in total for three guests, which is completely unreasonable. Providing drinking water is a basic necessity, not an extra facility. To make things worse, at checkout they charged us for those bottles without informing us in advance. The receptionist’s behavior was rude and unprofessional ,they acted arrogantly instead of understanding our concern, which felt very disrespectful and unacceptable. This is a genuine and serious complaint regarding poor hospitality and lack of basic guest service. We request MakeMyTrip to take strict action against this hotel for such unprofessional conduct and issue a refund for the wrongly charged amount.

I found this hotel through MakeMyTrip. The stay was Value for money. Food was very good but a little expensive.

The hotel has potential, but a few areas could use improvement. The standard rooms felt quite cramped which may be uncomfortable for guests staying more than a night. Breakfast options were quite limited, and expanding the menu would enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, the interaction at the reception could be more welcoming—first impressions matter, and courteous service goes a long way. With a few updates, this place could be much more enjoyable.

Front office was not welcoming, their behaviour is like they are doing a favour or free service to us. Staff should understand that their salaries are coming customers. Ok he allocated a room. As soon as entered room, there is some bad smell. And the room has 2 doors which are connected to other rooms. If you don’t lock from inside other room people open the door and enter ur room. There is novv no sign or note regarding this. I thought that door is of balcony and opened and I shocked to see other room and there was a lady who shocked as well. The door was not locked from their side. It was a big mess. Now comes another irritating part who’s is break fast for which there are no words to express, it’s worst breakfast I ever had in any of my trips. They gave chicken curry and not sure with which it has to be taken.

The stay was decent overall, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The bedsheets appeared a bit old and could be replaced with newer, more comfortable ones. Room slippers were only provided upon request and were not disposable—offering disposable slippers would be more hygienic and convenient. Additionally, daily room cleaning should be made a standard practice, as it’s a basic expectation in most hotels. With some attention to these details, the guest experience could be significantly improved.

on the website it was booked as 2 adults and 1 child but they asked for more money

Location is very nice Morning break fas is not bad Amenities - Ac was not working suddenly at night " error E 7 " Bad smell is coming always near the toilet.

I intended to book Empire Hotel on Central Street, but unfortunately, the website only showed the Church Street branch. I booked it by mistake and realized only after arriving that Empire has multiple locations. If I had booked the correct one, it would’ve been much closer to where I needed to be. Instead, I had to walk over 10 minutes, including crossing a busy city road. The room itself was disappointing – no proper window or outside view, felt like being in a closed space. The split AC was also leaking water. Food was expensive and portions were small. Overall, not a comfortable experience. Please improve clarity on booking platforms and room facilities.

The stay was good but hotel was hard to find and there was no car parking that's quite troublesome

It was an amazing experience... will come here again if i ever come here again ♥️♥️ the service was awesome... the room was clean... all the necessities were there like tooth brush and soap and towel.
