Food very costly. Beds were broken. Red water was coming through tap. No availability of food nearby.

The stay experience was really good, the staff is very helping and humble. The food is also good. The location is pretty nice and clean

It was a very bad experience. The hotel deserves to be a 2 star only. The rooms are not clean and have not been maintained well at all

I had a booking but I got a call from the hotel saying that we don't have a room as someone has arrived immediately so please make arrangements somewhere else. If you go to the hotel and don't give me a room, then you are responsible if you send me to another hotel.

The location was good, but the food and stay were not up to the mark. There was a rat in our room, no lock on the washroom door, and the flush wasn’t working either. The food quality was also poor.

Everything Was Fine & Good

No maintenance in the hotel, floor was full of dust, linen were having spots and bathroom was giving sulabh shauchalaya type feeling. Overall the hotel is a mess and needs overhauling and renovation.

The rooms, the blanket was smelly . There were exactly 2 sachets of sugar and tea bags . The bathroom had two small soap cubes ..... Wondered werto use them , bathe or wash hands . To flush the toilet one has to bring the seat down and the flush buttons had deep into the wall and were broken . The sink outlet was free floating . Inaccessible charging point .

Room was terrible, front office was rude. Being Delhi we were used to that, but the room was dirty n bed spreds also.

I have stayed here before . Value for money . Needs some maintenance in room amenities. Service is good .

Location is good, room condition is bad d very old furnitures. Breakfast was not ready till 7.30am and varities are less. TV remote not working. First 404 room was given to me and water leaking from AC inside the room. Need to improve a lot. Thanks

The property need to be renovation ac is very old and in some places there was dust...

The property needs maintenance very urgently. There were cockroaches in the room, Had a visiting mouse in the room, Furniture broken. Beds need repair

Location of the hotel is very good, easily accessible, close to central market, Nehru Place and other places. Breakfast is good with limited variety. Very Polite and helpful staff. Facilities are good as per the tariff.

Stay was good everything was perfect found all the required amenities overall it was a good experience

I gave it a rating of 4 because the room's air was a bit humid which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Thanks!
