Pathetic staff & poor conditions. Did not even provided my room key/card. On questioning instead of giving explanations started a heated argument and asked us to complain whenever we want either or Police.

Against 2 nos. Of booked suits with bathtub, they gave only 1 bad smoke smell room and it was after lots of debet. The other room was very bad in which flush was not working and we have to bath in nearby other person's room. Please give money back. The manager told that you cancel l your booking from mm t we shall not provide the suits which you have booked.

The hotel did not feel safe for a single lady traveler. There was no hot water for bath. The bedsheets were dirty and the pillows did not have pillow covers. I was not handed over the room key even after handing me over the room. The room’s and bathroom’s condition was horrible.

It appears to be an older property, suitable as a last-resort option for an overnight stay in the area. The place seems to lack sufficient manpower. I used it primarily for a night’s nap and to freshen up. With a bit more warmth and better-trained staff, it could be improved. Overall, no major complaints.

Reception staff is very rudely talking, no clean, no towel in the toilet, phone is not working, each and every thing we have to go down and inform the reception, even they don't have key for door, we have to call their mobile to open the door, very bad experience

I stayed 3 days, and room was dirty with cigarette and not cleaned before allotting room to me. Ac, fridge, tv, telephone is there but all are not working. Even water was not coming in bathroom. Overall very unpleasant stay. Charges are high but facilities and maintenance is like a dharamshala.

The location was good, the food was okay but the rooms were so average there was some smell in all the rooms the switch board was not working properly, also there was moisture, dampness in rooms, and the refrigerator was stinking like hell.

Room experience:i could see baby cockroaches around the bed. The furniture is really old and in very bad condition. The shower area has a limited availability of warm/hot water. Like a hostel you need to tell 20 mins in advance so that they could turn some system on for you to have hot water in your room. The breakfast facility is even more mismanaged. The staff is very unprofessional. Even though i had the booking, the manager or receptionist was busy on the call and took his own sweet time to check his system. Didn't provide the room key card as it was a single night stay. His logic was, you have checked in around 10:30pm and are checking out at 4am so his expertise was not to provide a key card to the visitor. Utterly pathetic. P. S. I booked this hotel with the intention that kalindi colony is a good, safe area and very near to nfc community centre so must have a hotel that is safe and with all amenities as shown but the experience was horrible.

The hotel was absolutely pathetic. It was clearly understaffed and looked shady as one of the rooms i entered had a lady sitting on the bed and all these staff members were also inside the room god knows what was going on. Then they took me to another room and it was full of smoke. I immediately decided to leave the place as i was traveling with my family members. I went to the reception and asked him to cancel my booking and refund my money. He plainly refused.

There were rats in the ac vents. Even after paying for the deluxe room, the refrigerators were removed from all rooms and said they were unavailable due to servicing for my entire stay. The restaurant was never open or the chef was away. Overall one of the worst experiences in a hotel ever.
