Dalhousie Shangrila Hotel.

The property location is excellent. We had opted for bed and breakfast. The meals provided were of a select menu and portions were very good and tasty. In terms of amenities the rooms provided were also good. The only downside is that there is construction work in progress so cement covers all surfaces and leaves you wondering whether it is the right place to be.. some of the furniture in the open space is unsuitable for use and overall cleanliness is affected due to the dust all around

Good location. Helpful check in to hotel. Hotel amenities are good. Hotel should work on lift facility, makeover of few bathrooms, and work on mobile/wifi network. Otherwise it was a good experience.

its was good place and nice food offered by the hotel but I would say the cleanliness was not upto the mark and I thought the price of the food can be little low in price otherwise good.

The hotel had excellent location and good view of the ranges, excellent location and goood serene environment!

Hotel is excellent at a very reasonable tariff in the Dalhousie. Its very near to Gandhi Chowk, the prime location of Dalhousie. We reached in the night around 12 and we informed them earlier reg food. They served the excellent and very tasty foods in the mid night. We enjoyed the 2 days breakfast and dinner. Amenities are good. Services of the hotel is excellent and very prompt. Mr Ravi, Manager and other staff is very humble and cooperative.

Old property, located very near to Gandhi Chowk, the room was spacious with a breathtaking valley view. The only concern was the bathroom; must have an exhaust fan installed. Water issue in the morning. Overall good experience.

The cleanliness of this hotel is terrible. There were insects in the room. Pillows and sheet covers were not clean. There was a smell in the room don't know of what. The only positive about this hotel is it's location, parking and owner's nature and food(we only had complementary breakfast).

Initial room provided was not well maintained. They got room changed subsequently Location quite accessible, service was good but can be improved for cleanliness. Food was good but more variety can be provided such as fish..

The interiors are beautiful, and the food was fresh and tasty. Had butter chicken one night, it was restaurant-style quality!

Big rooms, kids enjoyed the garden area, and the hotel even helped us with a local guide for sightseeing.

The room was cozy and clean, and the hotel is just a short walk from gandhi chowk. The evening bonfire made our trip even more special.

I stayed here with my parents, and they were so happy with the service. Room service was quick, and hot water was available 24/7.

Loved waking up to the mountains every morning. The staff guided us about sightseeing and even arranged a cab for khajjiar.

I reached hotel at 2 pm .Mr.Rana of your manager of the property very good knowledge and well behaviour. Deluxe room are very big. TV OK condition intercom phone not working on the above day's. Washroom not clear. light very low.
