Overpriced and Overrated – A Disappointing Stay at Radisson
Rating: 1/5 Location: 0/5 – Severe waterlogging around the hotel made access difficult and unpleasant. Wi-Fi: 0/5 – Promised 50 Mbps but barely got 2 Mbps; the issue remained unresolved throughout the stay. Safety: Fire gazette was not functioning, which is a major concern. Cleanliness: 2/5 – Rooms and common areas were not well maintained. Hospitality: 2/5 – Staff response was slow and unhelpful. Food: 2/5 – Quality and taste were disappointing. View: The window opened to a broken building right in front, ruining the experience. Overall, the hotel seems to be surviving only on the Radisson brand name. It was indeed a terrible stay — definitely not worth the price or the reputation.

morning breakfast was horrible There were a lot of mosquitoes in the restaurant. The bed wasn’t clean. The breakfast in the morning was very bad.

value for money but needs improvement
Location was water logged but the hotel really can’t do much about it. Rooms were decent but not really up to the mark of being a RAMADA label. Had to change room due to unfortunate AC mal functioning on the complete floor. While having dinner, the attending person Mr . Manas was very kanjoos with offering onions, just gave 4 slices for 2 people and he literally refused to give more saying that he is obliging us as it is complimentary. Didn’t leave a nice impression at all!!! Is that Ramada service??

Hotel doesn’t looks like a radisson chain. Need to ask everytime for slippers, first 3-4 days nobody gave that. Nobody checks the nath soap and shampoo, will refill upon being asked. Breakfast is all day same.

Won't recommend to anyone. It's nothing like any other Radisson hotels. Place feels like a haunted house. No staff, there was literally a worm in the breakfast. The road next to property is always waterlogged. Pool is very small , spa is not functional at all.

1. The hotel’s location was poor, with waterlogging on the approach road. 2. The service was extremely disappointing, as even a small order took over 2 hours. 3. Breakfast was mismanaged due to a shortage of food, and I had to leave without eating.
