its not clean hotel at all however location is good. and its very noisy and crowded because of restaurant

1. no hot water 2. no ac 3. no light working. 4. no working tv in 217 5. only one towel in bathroom 6. one brush set 7. breakfast only veg, I was told egg will be there but it wasnt present.

Pleasant stay during the business visit. The staff is helpful and cheerful. Service is good. The Breakfast menu is limited and same everyday, this needs to improve.

Place was very untidy Even the lobby was shabby, walls were full of water marks and alage Room was also not clean Bathroom was really untidy Worst experience ever Terrace (rooftop dinning) was also poor, cutlery was very dirty.

Breakfast quality and variety not at all good. Rooms are spacious . Location is good . Property is old.

An unpleasant stay.lot of mosquito food is horrible. at reception there are not all great you there are busy on mobile. for dinner will give slots timing we need to attend in between

Fabulous hotel and having a great experience to stay at the property staff was so helpful and quick

Reception staff behaviour is too bad. Behave like rowdy. Charge hundreds of extra money for early check-in for few hours only. Location is good, but room condition is too bad with moist walls, conjested washrooms, lack of complementary materials as per promised, lesser number of towel, sleeper, glasses,etc. Refrigartor is for only for name shake. No proper hangers in wardrobe. Dirty sofa. Damaged outer window. Only free chanels available on TV.

Room had mould and fungus growing near the air conditioner, electric kettle provided was dirty and the replacement was also dirty , hotel didn't have packaged water and the water they provided was unusable and washroom wasn't properly cleaned.

location of hotel is good but they should work on services also ,all thee days no.one can eat same breakfast

The place has very good food. Their cuisine was excellent and the location is also easily accessible. The facilities they provide are very good. I would suggest their veg peaking soup to every visitor.

Hotel location is good but services is below average. Had to ask for basic arrangements though it was arranged later
