very good service and staff behaviour is very good

Found this hotel on MMT, just 2-3 mins walk to Candolim beach. Clean and spacious rooms, clean washrooms, can make improvements in the breakfast menu, but otherwise the food taste was great. Food prices may seem a bit high, but that's the same everywhere in Goa.

We visited on weekend,pre- booked through MakeMyTrip website. Waited until 2 PM for check in time. Visited restaurant on pool side until check in time. We tasted veg Food . It was worth the cost. As this is on beach side, after beach visit, we requested for floor mopping and cleaning. The staff responded quickly. Watchmen, receptionist and restaurant staff were co-operative.

Property location is good, it is near to market as well as beach, food is good, room is clean however property cleanliness is not upto mark

all over experience is good.cleaning on time.staff and manager all are good and well behaved.the only minus point is there no proper mirror in the room for girls....only one mirror in the room that is also on washroom s gate......

Good Location, Good Service, Decent and big Rooms. Pool was also nice. short of parking space but staff arranges for the spot if required. near to the beach.

The property looks attractive in pictures, but the reality is disappointing. The hotel is quite old, and the pool is much smaller than what the photos show. Basic amenities like a dental kit were missing — I had to purchase one from them. Housekeeping service was extremely poor. During our 2-day stay, when I requested room cleaning, they told me it would only be possible if we checked out at 11 AM and checked in again at 2 PM. Honestly, that’s a very strange rule and highly inconvenient for guests. The staff were not cooperative either. They assist with luggage only at the time of check-in and check-out. If you ask for help in between, they simply say it’s not allowed and that you need to handle it yourself. To make it worse, on the checkout day, we got a call saying they would enter our room and remove our luggage without our permission — all because we were just 15 minutes late. Completely unprofessional behavior and overall a very disappointing stay.

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Resort is placed at a very good location walkable distance to the beach.

The location of the property is fantastic, the quality of rooms is quite nice as well. All at a very affordable rate. The brekfast buffet is highly recommended as well.

Check in - was smooth. We were asked for our ids and in a jiffy we were in our rooms Room- the room was good sized. But the balcony door was broken. Made a horrible sound on opening and almost came out from the hinges. The toilet's main sink's tap was broken. The ac remote didnt have a back cover. The bedding looked used and it was a weird used off whitish greyish colored pillow and towels. I told the house keeping to have it changed. Facilities - no facility provided except pool towels Food- was good. Esp the omlettes. But because i hve stayed here before i can tell that the hotel has degraded in every capacity. They arent fully using their potential

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are cooperative. I did not have food as I explored different restaurants. The size of the room is also large and spacious. Candolim beach is a bit away from the hotel but one beach is just 10 min walk in distance and you can hear the wave sound from the hotel as well.

It was a pleasant experience. Really worth the money i paid. Very close to candolim beach. Nearby restaurants.

it was a good resort with good ambience and aesthetics loved the stay! Also the way the people treated us was excellent. Highly recommend

Poor Service, Arogant Staff , They didn't even change bedsheet on daily basis no hygiene. They don't provide basic thinks like Dental kit , Saving kit Door Mat .. Room service is worst

the dirtiest property unhelpful staff. the location is very shady and does not look safe for family.
