Hotel is very good, Best property and service than Novtel and others. but they charged late check out charge 1120/- for extra 2 hours late check out, we check in late at night, not consider that. anyway. hotel staff is good, nice environment. we give 9 out of 10. best hotel for family stay.

Poor Stay

Firstly, the room wasn't upto the mark. It was more like a 2 star hotel. The food menu was confusing and I didn't find any ala carte option. The service was slow even for morning and evening Tea which tasted horrible. I have ordered cheese chilli toast which was burned and horrible in taste, clearly need a better chef in the kitchen. The room lights and switch were weird, seemed like an old room is been converted to give you a sense of newness but it was not there. The bathroom were also tiny. In all, not a good experience and just logging in and checking in arriving guest with barcode doesn't makes the stay good. It's the in-room services that matters
