AURA ONE HOTEL

Very very very poor hotel, this hotel is not a 3 star hotel. This hotel boarding lodge has no cleaning, room dust, no window, low quality air conditioning.

It’s a pleasure to have such a kind of hotel middle of the city, rooms are clean and neat and special for thanks for Sirin who take care of us!!!!

I had booked the room with breakfast but they do mot have restaurant.once I asked they told it is in renovation .and they suggested we will arrange from outside but in the morning they did not give the breakfast ..hotel room there is no amenities

No proper facilities available, staff behaviour so bad . Smells very bad .No proper breakfast.they serve chapati and korma in breakfast

The room that was provided to us was having a very bad smell of smoking. so we complained about that and they provided us with another room. Hot water is a basic necessity when you book any hotel and pay a certain amount. We had to use cold water for a bath because it wasn't working even after complaining 3-4 times. our booking was for room and breakfast. However, there was only one option in veg for breakfast. So that money also got wasted. The bedsheet was not properly washed. it was having many stains

1. Bad odour in room & bathroom. 2. Slipy floor (oily) in room. Worst.

Not satisfied for the money paid! pls note that the hotel has no parking facility in the building! You will have to park the vehicle in a pay&park lot! Nothing regarding this was mentioned while booking.

Check in process was very sluggish. Room is not worth the money.

The issues i encountered included: poor reception service, with staff appearing inattentive. Dirty bed sheets that seemed unclean and not prepared for new guests. Overall poor maintenance, leading to an uncomfortable stay. I hope you will address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. I would appreciate a response to this feedback

The hotel hygiene was pathetic with dirty bedsheets and pillows. The room service was really inefficient and poor.

Room not maintained properly, lot of cockroaches in room, ac old one not cooling properly, bathroom doors very tight and not able to close and open

The room was not clean. The bedsheet and towels were old and dirty. I will not recommend this hotel to any guests.

unclean rooms no ventilation, beds dirty, bedsheets torn, mattress had lot of spots/ dirty. Room size too small Stinky washroom. Rates too high. No room service. had not expected to have this kind of hotel rooms and service. नाम बड़े और दर्शन छोटे। बाहर से सुंदर और अंदर से बदसूरत

It was good room. But not worth the amount i paid. Room was spacious and good toilet. It was a non ac room for almost 2400 including tax

Not worth for the price and not neat broken interior wifi poor but service and staff are good especially those reception girls are good and supportive

We wanted a place close to lulu mall so we could visit there. This place was like super close, walking distance. All room facilities were good. Hot water available, quick reception service and had a nice view room the window. Overall good experience. Recommended
