Hotel Arif Castle Overall Rating 4 Overall Good Hotel is centrally located in Lucknow and provides comfortable stay at reasonable rate, thanks to makemytrip for giving excellent offer. Food is costly, a cup of tea is Rs. 130 which is disappointing. Rooms are old yet maintained well. Preferably for business travellers. Family may look for other good options.

Beautiful ,clean ,comfortable property, hotel manager is good. Extra matress was quiet hard and uncomfortable Housekeeping Staff can be more friendly and polite. Food was very expensive so avoided. Breakfast spread was quiet good , taste and service was ok. Location is excellent nearby all major attractions within 5 km They provide RO water only no mineral water which is disappointing. Their parking is outside boundary wall. Car parking was open and in 3 days bird shit covered the whole car. One incident happened at first floor where my room was, newly checked in bachelor guests were making lot of noise late night near my room and smoking ciggarates. Smoke was coming inside room which was very disappointing for a family, I complained to receptions but it didnt stop, they kept saying they informed the concerned, thats it.

Room was ok, but no hot water. Bathroom used to get filled with water when you take a bath. No tap only shower which was also not very powerful. Locality was good near hazratganj. Need to improve on small details like complimentary mineral water etc.

They charge 372 for just doing laundry of 2 t shirt 1 trousers and 1 hand towel. And also they are too expensive as you can get same facilities of hotel in much lower cost.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and the experience could have been better. For the first two days, my room wasn’t cleaned despite requesting it. I also received a water bottle with algal growth, though it was replaced immediately.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect for commuting. Our short overnight stay was good. The bed was comfortable. Special mention to morning buffet breakfast. It was really good with lot of variety and good taste also. The staff at front office are polite and responsive making our check- in experience seamless.
