though our travel plan was totally by cancellation, we reached akashinn the next day by train. reception was super in total. I will be failing in my duty, if i dont mention about splendid care given by front office staff shri. Lohith. I award him 10 out of 10. special kudos to akashinn in toto

Location was good. It was a good connect to our function hall. The food in the restaurant was tasty. They gave a 2 connecting rooms which was so helpful and awesome. I definitely will recommend this property to my friends and relatives

Hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, staff is friendly, check in process is quick. Only issue is that they provide only half a litre of water in the room, which is too less. When I asked for more, they said it's chargeable.

Location is excellent, but parking is a bit tidy. I wish they provide valet parking. Food is awesome but complimentary breakfast is extremely disappointing. Staffs are very humble and well mannered. Bathroom needs upgradation and shower curtain is must in every bathroom.

The room was very clearly maintained. They have veg restaurant at ground and non veg on top floor. Secured Parking is very good facility. Room are bit smaller but ok. Not worth for the amount they charged. AC doesn’t work in most of the rooms. They changed our room multiple times. No proper response from receptionist and maintenance team. Food was very average and cups and plates weren’t clean.

It was a tired journey the entire night reached Hotel at 10.30am but the check in time was mentiond in the booking 12 pm waited almost one and half hour in the lobby terrible even though the room was vacant. It was very common that outstation passengers reach hotel hours before or late, the hotel authority normally admit guest /provide accommodation. But Akashinn lacks guest friendly attitude?

Location very good. Rooms were clean and amenities were good. Breakfast was okay mixed with western and south indian spread. The staff was helpful

Good location and friendly staff but unaware of the requirements of managing well to make it a very good hotel. Cockroaches in the room in plenty. Air-conditioners without remote and a funny wooden box around the set top box that makes it impossible to switch channels from the bed are a few examples. Breakfast is average in spread and taste.

Good stay, not exceptional though, there was delay in check in even though we checked in at 4pm, rooms were clean and spacious for 2 adults and kid, there is car parking, the veg restaurant is also good
