Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not up to expectations. The service could be significantly improved — it was difficult to get assistance when needed, and calls to the front desk often went unanswered.
The cleanliness, especially regarding food and utensils, was a concern. The plates provided were not properly cleaned, and the food did not feel hygienic. Additionally, the bathroom had a leak, which made the stay uncomfortable.
Overall, the experience did not feel worth the price paid. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the service and facilities for future guests.
