UPSRTC or the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation have started new bus services on two routes Allahabad Balrampur and Allahabad- Sitapur to cater to the demands of the travelers on these routes and to ease passenger rush during peak season on these routes. As per UPSRTC more such routes will be available during the coming Kumbh Fair.

Allahabad Sitarampur: Bus Leaves at 11.30 Am. Return Bus from Sitapur available at 8.00 PM

Allahabad Balrampur: Bus Leaves at 3:30pm from Allahabad and return bus from Balrampur available at 5 AM

APSRTC Increases Bus Fares

APSRTC or the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Coprporation has increases bus fares on some of its segments of bus services, citing the recent increase in diesel prices by the Governmenent of India. Though As per APSRTC there will be no impact on the majority of bus travelers as the price increase is there only for the Luxury Bus Travel service of the state operator.As for the ‘Palle Velugu’ class of travel which caters to most of the passengers, for 1 to 25 KMs fares are increased by one Rupees and for 25 to 40 KMs fares are up by 2 rupees. APSRTC says there may be a new concept of Flexifares wherein the fares are adjusted as per the Peak season demands.
