Customer Speak: Making Memories in Austria and Switzerland

We know the importance of the perfect holiday, of the precious time spent with family and friends in your preferred location. And for our customers, we want nothing but the best. Our travel panners put in a lot of time and effort to customize holidays to make sure everything is just right. And nothing is more rewarding than travellers coming back with happy holiday stories. Here’s another such tale from Vaishali Srivastava, a happy customer from Delhi, who made our day with her travel tales from Europe:

The Austria and Switzerland trip organised by MakeMyTrip has been one of the most memorable ones. The travel planners of MakeMyTrip are very good listeners, they understood our love for history and nature and then constructed a plan, which included both so effectively.

All the plans were discussed with us and our inputs were also incorporated. The plans were made in such a way that half of the outings were planned beforehand for which the tickets, etc. were provided to us in Delhi itself; and for the other half we were given full autonomy to decide what we want to do and where we want to go.

Also, since our family has been interested in music for generations, being in the birth and death place of Mozart made us consider ourselves blessed. The ‘Sound of Music’ tour in Salzburg reminded us of our childhood when we used to sing “Do, Re, Mi” at the top of our voices.

The whole trip was very enjoyable and the free time given after or before the outings helped us visit some more beautiful inner towns or villages like Bonigen and also helped us reconnect with friends abroad.

The entire trip was really fun and happening and we look forward to saying Bon Voyage again with the help and guidance of MakeMyTrip.
