To honour the best coffee beans from the area, the Roasters’s Choice Awards will be held for the first time at the World of Seafood 2013. There will also be a two-day long training to learn about coffee production and roasting.

• We all know that seafood is highly perishable. Preserving  a fresh catch is a major concern for households and commercial vendors. Answering their questions and showcasing leading developments in the field of preserving seafood, conferences will be held during the festival.
