No longer a rural outback in Uttar Pradesh, the city of Noida is fast becoming an enviable urban address for those who can afford luxury living. A visual relief from the congested and polluted roads of New Delhi, this satellite city is among the cleanest and greenest cities of India. Dotted with beautiful stretches of verdant parks and skillfully crafted statues and fountains, it is also one of the fastest growing cities in the NCR. Well-connected to New Delhi through the Delhi Metro, Noida is also supported by a good public transport system. What’s more, it is also becoming a choice destination for large business houses and corporates to set up offices and a popular place to host trade and business exhibitions and expos in the north.

Among the many popular expos being held here annually are the Times Property Expo as well as the Noida Expo, both of which witness steady participation. The Times Property Expo is an annual event held across all major cities in the country. To be held between February 8 and 10 at the Noida Exhibition Center this year, it will provide real estate companies, buyers, sellers, financers and investors a common platform to come together for business deals, updates on latest market trends as well as networking purposes.

The Noida Expo 2013 organised by the Indian Industries Association, on the other hand is held on an even larger scale since it provides minor, small and medium enterprises a great opportunity to exhibit their latest innovations and technologies. Participants at the Expo held at the Expo Centre in the heart of Noida include textiles, automobiles, food processing, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals companies and many more. To be held over three days from February 14 to 16, this is yet another profitable platform for related enterprises to launch and exhibit their products and gain meaningful partnerships and joint ventures with other related companies.

Those visiting or participating in these events can use this opportunity to explore the rapidly developing city of Noida. While there is enough and more happening in the city at any given time, visitors will find a tour of the Noida Film City quite interesting. Art lovers can also make a stop at the Stupa 18 Gallery, an art gallery which regularly hosts art exhibitions and sales of new and established artists from across the country. Golf enthusiasts will find the Noida Golf Course a great place to relax and practice their swing on the greens. Shopaholics and party animals will not be disappointed either.

Noida’s Sector 18, offering a smattering of world class hotels, pubs and restaurants and mega shopping malls such as the Great India Place, is a popular haunt for those looking to chill out. Another major attraction of Noida is the Buddh International Circuit, the Formula One racing track which has finally put Noida on the international map with the first successful Grand Prix held in 2011. Situated close to the Taj Corridor, Noida is also an easy getaway point for the famous Delhi-Agra-Jaipur tour.
