Nainital’s Highest Peak

The highest peak of Nainital district, Naina Peak, is also popularly known as China Peak and is located in the state of Uttarakhand. A popular sightseeing destination in the region, this peak is visible from various locations with a Naina Peak height of 2,615 meters above sea level. Spots near the peak also provide a great opportunity for getting a clear glimpse of the Kumaon region. It is a haven for trekking and other adventure lovers and takes you through the dense forests of the Jim Corbett National Park.

Road connectivity is available from Nainital’s Mallital area near Mall Road up to a few kilometers. From there, you have to get down to the end of the motorable road and start your trekking journey.
