Near the railway station and heart of the city. Housekeeping, service in the restaurant was good and food was delicious.

Easy check in, polite staffs. Stayed for only one night but the stay was pleasant. Good room. But they did not leave slippers for us which we thought they would have

Food for that price range was ok, location was good but the deluxe rooms were dark and did not have adequate ventilation.. the staffs were cooperative, however they seemed to lack experience .. choose premium rooms if u dont want to feel suffocated at night

Rooms very good as shown in MMT , cleanliness ok, location very good, all major locations viz. Mall road, Railway station etc in close proximity. Issue is availability of hot water which is very inconsistent, we only got hot water in one day out of our three days stay. Food tasy but over priced. Also owners are requested to keep the corridors sufficiently lighted as it is a huge property and the inner corridors remain pitch dark even in day time.

Good and clean hotel. Staff was also good.. They need to add more varieties in their food.. Also the supply of hot water to be made continuous..

They need to Modify rooms as it’s old type..Food quality is not good .cleaning is not good..Lack of warmness..No parking space..

I had a wonderful stay at Jai Hotel. The location is exactly as described and very convenient. From the moment I checked in, everything went smoothly — the staff were welcoming, polite, and very professional. The room provided was exactly as per the description, comfortable and clean, and at a very reasonable price. Everything matched perfectly with what I had booked Overall, a very good experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

We booked the executive room and we were provided some  basic room  with suffocated room ,dirty towel which were changed after words. Hotel staff themselves said the room you have booked is not available to them right now.  Unfortunately we had to stay in the  same basic category room.  Such an experience is not expected with mmt. Staff was rude to my parents.  No proper dusting was done in the room. It felt hotel was not in running position. Telecom provide but no one answer the call not a single time.  Worst experience.

Nice hotel to stay at Darjeeling . Staffs are so cooperative and good behaviour. Room and bathroom is clean.Not far from Mall Road

Location is quite good. Half kilometre away from Mall road. staff very helpful. Room Services excellent. Just you ask for anything say water, it was made available in the room within minutes. Being August, off time season , we got a big room, at almost one fourth of its rate. Well known hotel to cab drivers. Did not avail food services, hence no comments. Neat, clean and tidy amenities in the room. Recommended for stay to tourists
