Excellent ambience, spacious rooms, hygienic restrooms, delicious meals and a wide spread at buffet breakfast. The staff were very courteous and we enjoyed a lot. It's one of the best property be it for businesses trip and family as well. I highly recommend this property.

Rooms are clean and neat and Good Housekeeping team. Property in prime location all need items available. Expcet hair dryer and fridge not working remaining all amenities are provided particularly central air conditioner working awesome and good hospitality

Poor Stay
since we booked from MMT, there was an offer, so price was half their actual offline price. so they gave a poorly maintained room which was not up to the standards. Food was very average. By the time we went for breakfast every thing was finished by 9 am. They had mentioned the time as till 10.30 am breakfast would be available

Average Stay
Service is very poor. On day of check-in found Bathroom exhaust fan not functioning. Smell or odour has no way get out as bath room is very small. Reported at the same time. No response till check out. The Room what is shown is different from the one what is being allotted wrt Area wise. WiFi connection is very bad n several times complained no action. Moreover the staff did not even pick up the phone to listen as they may be noticing the concern room number I. Their dial . Overall a very bad experience as my stay is ruined by their service.

not a good stay
A very old room,smells bad.. The bathroom is not maintained properly.. small parking space and the staffs are not much resposive.. better to avoid

Great Location and Clean Rooms
The location is central and well-connected, making it easy to reach popular tourist attractions via public transport or a short ride. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food at the hotel was enjoyable with good variety and taste. One minor issue was that the mini fridge in the room wasn’t working properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

Not worth the price
Hotel room is too small. It is located on the main road and the rooms are not so it becomes very noisy at nights. Too expensive and not value foe money as the property is quite old.

No Boutique experience Just Average
Booked the hotel after seeing the pictures online, but the actual condition of the room and especially the bathroom was poor. Booked the room for early morning temple visit and started off with cold shower since the heater was not working and no pressure in the taps. When informed to the front desk, no resolution was provided. When requested for the room change i was informed that the water heater was under maintenance so no hot water for any of the rooms. Both in room dining and breakfast buffet was average. Staff were not helpful at all.
