Vishwaratna Hotel

Room is small, toilet smell is so terrible even after room freshner used and breakfast is not upto the mark of three star.... I recommend not to stay in this hotel, otherwise you will regret it.

Good and helpful staff and infrastructure. Moreover the quality of amenities are decent for a pleasant stay.

Hotel is located centrally in market place .. Room size was o.k and neat and clean ... lots of options was in breakfast... food was also very good

Very Good loacation of the property ..just walking distance from fancy bazar..Many renowned restaurants like Khorika,Goomar etc ...just few minutes away from Kamakhya devi temple..Although property is old but property is maintained and cleaned.Honest and helpful staff with good hospitality sense.

Hotel location is good— You can find all markets and food options nearby only.. Rooms and Bathrooms are not clean.. Not worth the amount they are charging

The room was pretty decent however There were a few problems in the room such as the Air conditioning was not functioning properly and the wall outlets were not working.

The complimentary breakfast was juat rubbish...less option...room was full of tiny cockroaches...staff irresponsible as i forgot to carry my stuff

Hotel is very old the bathroom was very bad and room looks so gloomy and the breakfast was very bad

Hotel was decent. Kitchen opens at 7:30 am only. Tea quality left a lot to one desired. Overall, the service part of the hotel was broken into silos though individual members were decent.

Food is not ok. AC was not working . No proper behaviour at front desk. Also no proper support from MMT Executive as well

Not satisfactory as they allotted at the room first time of check in it is so miserable condition beds are worst bathroom shower are not working.
