Hotel atmosphere was ok. Hotel room was ok. But,bedsheet and pillow cover needs to be maintained clean. It was untidy. Bathroom also needs to be cleaned properly. It was somewhat looking unhygienic. Floor cleaning liquid smells like a mortuary area,kindly please add some good fragrance smell. Sleeping bed was making some noise while turning around in the bed. Food was not at all good. Very much costly. Need some extra dishes to make choices. Dinner menu needs to be changed. We had only limited dishes,but menu shows multiple choices but no options to select as it was not available. Very disappointed in dinner menu and even for afternoon. We had to look for other restaurant as we didn’t have any options to select for lunch. I am adding a point here kindly note this :- please provide good water bottle and kettle to people when they are checking in to your hotel. Seriously, my review about my days spent in your hotel is average. Kindly improve the added points

Average room stay, food not good

Very average room with broken flush and smelly room, complained about the bathroom flush which was not rectified. Separate charges for room heater, ordered food from restaurant which delivered incorrect item and quality of food not good as per price.

Nice choice near the botanical garden.

The hotel is at a good location just 400 metres from botanical garden and tibetan market. Comfortable distance to take a walk in the evening through the market. The staff is very pleasant. Check in and check out was smooth. There is a good quality bar and restaurant next to it. Since ooty is no plastic zone, they will give ro treated water in two glass bottles. Room service is neat. They can also arrange cabs if you want to tour ooty. Ofcourse there are underground and open parking facilities.

The property is situated in prime location. 1km from botanical garden, 7 kms from doddabetta peak, 850mts from main market. Very easy to get local transportation from the hotel. The hotel also has travel agent which provides good travel options. Hotel has its own restuarant and the food is good. Hotel provides all the amenities and also tends to your specific requests. Overall very pleasant stay.

The hotel is best and the food was delicious. Also the room cost per day is affordable. Only miss is they should provide at-least complementary breakfast. Overall the experience was very pleasant and the location is in the center of ooty which is the best part.

Good service & location but in restaurant food variety dishes available depends on hotel occupancy (limited varieties. Rice items are not suitable for us. Remaining every thing is good.

Too worst travel desk!

I booked the cab with in the hotel travel desk for the price of 6500- fromm ooty> pyakar>isha>coimbatore airport, while going to is-ha full rain with no wiper in car we cancel-led to is-ha program and requested to drop at airport, we payed before only 4500, as we canceled the is-ha program he asking money again and threatening me on top of this, i called the hotel and explain the scneario there is no response. I dont recommend the hotel as well travel desk too.
