Worst place i havent stayed there !

1.Allotment room no ventilation 2. Bed sheets found torn refer pics. 3. No hot water available 4. Wash basin found damaged.

The receptionist was not at all professional, I felt his behaviour was a little rude. I am never going to that Hotel again, bedsheets were dirty beyond my imagination and full of lints, not worth 50% the price we paid.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve had, and I feel completely I paid for just one night. The property is absolutely not worth the money and should not be advertised the way it is. The room was shockingly small for three adults, and the washroom was equally tiny and poorly maintained. The entire space had a foul, unpleasant smell that made it impossible to feel comfortable. On top of that, basic amenities were not even functional — the TV was not working, and there was no hot water. For the price being charged, this is completely unacceptable. The overall cleanliness, comfort, and service were far below even budget standards. What was provided is nowhere close to what was promised online. This property is highly misleading, poorly maintained, and not guest-friendly at all. I would strongly advise others not to book this property. It is a complete waste of money, and I regret staying here. Unless the management takes serious action to fix these issues, this place should not even be listed as suitable accommodation.

Not Happy with the stay full of Mootapoochi and not really happy with the stay

Please verify the property it was very nasty and all the bedsheets were old and dusty and the bathroom is really bad no hot water no proper facilities

Located in a prominent place near CMC hospital, that can be find out easily.

One of the most pathetic hotels I have ever stayed in. Unclean and unhygienic rooms, dirty sheets, and pillow and cockroaches roaming everywhere. :(

Beds full of bedbugs, a room above some random restaurant, the smell of chilies being fried, and the constant clatter of falling plates. This room completely ruined everything. Not a bit of comfort or happiness. Just two days that totally spoiled my mood.

I checked -in around 5 am with my parents and two kids.. They gave me 307 and all of a sudden changed to room 107 .. they made me to wait for around 30 mins with kids and elderly person the early morning.. the room 107 was full of cockroaches,the table , cupboard was full of dust and the rest room was poorly maintained.nearby roommate was smoking in the bathroom. I asked for a room change but they didn't.nothing was provided even water is not given .I asked them to change the bed sheet in day 2 but they said will change on day 3 .. they dint change it for 5 days . 3rd day night ac was off .. no response for our complaint. 4 th day some electrician came ,we offered other room . No support not kids friendly. Helpers were asking money Without doing any help . Very bad experience .. Only good thing is they allowed me to keep the luggage in the lobby for 4 hours.

It's too costly

No preper water supply,the bathroom taps and flush not working properly, the ac was not working the first day.the staff is rude it was a horrible experience.

Firstly we visited the hotel and checked the rooms they were not at all good. So we didn't checked in and we updated the same to MMT executive through app. But without understanding our concern he kept telling us that we have checked in.

Vwell mannered stafs smiling all the time & ready to help , neat & clean rooms & washrooms aircondition was working round the clock with soundless generator backup

My stay was good the owners were very polite and friendly. Helped us with food and cabs. But the cleanliness can be upscaled as the washrooms were not very clean and the bedsheets too

vaibhav residency has courteous and well-behaved staff, which is a plus. however, the hotel rooms are quite small, making the stay less comfortable. the air conditioning was not functioning properly, which added to the inconvenience. the overall room quality and ambiance felt similar to a budget hotel rather than a premium stay. while the hospitality is commendable, the management should work on improving room sizes and amenities to enhance the guest experience. would recommend for a short stay if room space and ac are not major concerns.

Good hotel stay but requires more cleanliness. There are mosquitoes inside the room. Hot water not properly hot just normal water came. Requires clean mattresses
