The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a 5 min walk from the railway station. The rooms were spacious, clean and well organized with plenty of space for moving around or storage. The bathrooms could be better maintained. Overall the stay was comfortable, even though brief.

The hotel is pathetic in terms of condition's. There was no cleanliness in the hotel & surroundings. Inf-act the hotel does not have proper water supply in the room. After repeated request the hotel staff unable to resolve the issue of water supply in the room and ultimately we had to vacate the room same day of check in. I would request to mm t team pols take necessary action against the hotel & return our money.

Cigarette smell all round the room. The worst thing is bathroom flush wasnt working while using. Apart, there is no cold water to bath. Always get hot water.

Management is excellent, took care of all the concerns. I recommend for solo and family stay as well. Room service is good too.

Location of the hotel is accessible. Receptionist and other staff were very much cooperative with us. Not only the receptionist, staff for providing breakfast, dinner, tea and snacks were all responded in time and provided as per our order. Coming to the breakfast/ tea & snacks/ dinner were all delicious.

I was continuously staying here since 2022, found lot of changes in services, need to follow-up for room cleaning for several time. Even breakfast didn't make properly even around 8. 15 am to 8. 30am between. Need to improve the staff skills in terms of respond.

Even after paying for the early check-in they asked me to check out early stating the 24 hr stay policy and room were also not cleaned properly.

Ac was not working, but the worst part is they shifted my room to another where the ac was not working and again knocked at 11. 30pm to shift my room once again. Rooms are congested and the place of the beds are not well positioned to make proper use of limited space, had my legs hit against the bed while trying to move around.

Clean, compact and comfortable stay, walking distance to railway station. Food was good and staff very helpful.

Given average room n shown differentian when i booked on line by mm t app. It may due to price diffence. On mm t app its rs 2982/ while on counter he told us 4k.

Very neat clean and very much helpful staff, i had a good stay with my family. The price was not reasonable but still the stay was satisfactory.

The hotel was good overall. Food was good and along with the quantity rooms are also ok. Would have been better if they would have provided tea and milk powder packets for quick complimentary refreshments.

I was travel-ling from bhubaneswar to bangalore, and booked this hotel. Followed googlemap to reach, which is a longer route is what is said by the manager. Next morning while starting for bangalore, we could connect nh 16 in no time. So pols ask any local about the hotel location instead of following googlemap. The hotel is too good. Amenities, cleanliness, staff everything. Food is also delicious.
