No food available in resort, bed are poor quality and galary not clean , poor room services no intercome available

we paid sky high rents for this property, possibly due to festival rush. The staff is rude, and the room facilities are in the negative. No intercom phone, no wi-fi and no network. Not clean properly room and bathroom and dirty places staff is nice but property is very old for current time

DURTIES ROOMS AND NOT CLEANS FLOORS..VERY BAD SMELL IN WHOLE HOTEL..TOWELS ARE ALSO NOT CLEAN.,BADSHEETS ALSO NOT GOOD CONDITION AND WHOLE ROOMS WALL COLOUR ARE VERY BAD CONDITIONS

Its very comfortable and large in size for 4 people and staff also supportable .some range problem is there

Location is very good and on the way not much far only 5 km from Hatgad and Saputara Food quality good and cost also avrge,rooms are good clean and staff co operative Only network issue is there otherwise good

Porpatry is getting old need mantance , room walls full of dampness, furniture is all broken no phones in room no wifi in room food quality is worst only two options in breakfast.

The hotel management's response was not good at all, they kept saying that since the booking was made online, no service would be provided.

Amenities were pathetic. Nothing of what was shown in pictures was available there. The location also was not saputara. It was hat-gad. Which is in maharashtra. So even for finding a good restaurant one needs to cross the state border and pay the road tax

Very poor condition rooms. Rooms smelly. Lack of basic amneties. Not recommended. Make my trip needs to remove this hotel from their list

No value for money Total big zero marks to hotel in all accepts only arguments no professional approach, you struggle for even a intercom phone. Was paid for one room for one day but not getting satisfaction at any level.
