As per your concern regarding breakfast , we have different choices of breakfast as per our guest choice , as you had bring your own breakfast from somewhere ales that might be not up to the mark. Also as per your categories of room you had requested to upgrade your room from superior to premium but due to full house we could not offered you on your period , so due that you had put your frustration on our site.
