Rooms have cockroaches and there is no cleanliness Staff is also rude no room services and no proper behaviour

Hotel is nice, easily accessible from railway station and KSRTC bus stand hotel staff is good and soft spoken locality is fine ,you can have many food options there.Even you can order food from outside through zomato and Swiggy

Hotel staff service is good, but when I stayed in Room no. 407 I found bed bugs in the bed, so I expect the bugs to be cleaned and cleared if present in the hotel rooms' bed, especially in the mentioned room.

Usefull location. Majestic markets in walking distance Several budget restaurants nearby. Room service available for tea coffee and food from nearby restaurants

No restaurant is available in the hotel, rooms are pretty small. Hot water facility is available. Very near to KSR railway station which is an advantage. Many more options are available in the same range in the nearby vicinity. Near food options are available.Majestic Metro is nearby as well

Room was good & maintained. But the beds were having many bedbugs on it at the corners,so we were not able to sleep properly. Beds need to be changed.

Prime location,,clean ambience

The location of the property is not like the one shown in the pictures. The room lighting was very poor. Wifi is just for namesake and does not work. The cupboard was not clean. Washroom was average.

The Hotel is a budget-friendly hotel near to Majestic or Kempegowda Bus Station. The rooms are neat and clean. The location is one of the biggest advantages. Staff is cordial. For someone who is looking for a value-for-money stay, it's a good option.

Location wise ok,but officially facing difficulty as once I enter into the room the network drops badly. Further this is my 3rd time stay there but all 3 times i am not able to use the wify,even if it connects not getting internet. As such people there are good .

The rooms were small and dirty and had cockroaches roaming around and no hot water, 0 hospitality and rude behaviour from staff. Powercut for 4-5 hours while I was in room. The area where the hotel is located also feels very hostile and non-friendly. Connectivity wise it was good and near metro station was only a 2-5 min walk away.

Bath room is below standard, water comes out from taps.you cannot clean after toilet as the tap is on left side . Cockroach are moving in room.

Good budget hotel nearby KSR Railway Station. Rooms are nice and, staff very cooperative.

The hotel was extremely unhygienic. There were many cockroaches, the room felt very suffocating, and overall the stay was very uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money.

Good rooms, Excellent service.. good support from the reception desk loved it. For sure i will take the same room again if i visit Bangalore
