The location of the property is good, and overall it was a pleasant overnight stay.

The front office staff was a terrifying ..... He is showing anger to the customer as if he is ruling the world...

Room is good..No lift which is trouble some for senior citizens..Tariff also abnormal..

Property location is on the highway with enough nearby shops and near by restaurant. Room & bathroom is spacious, clean and well maintained. Parking is outside reception but appeared safe.

We stayed there for 2 days, rooms were very clean and we had pleasant stay. Location is very convenient right next to highway and A2B right next door. Veye family friendly.

The property is rightly located on the tip of hill and gives superb view of valley during day time and entire Salem view at night. The space outside the room and chairs were old and bit dirty but nevertheless the view takes it all.

No AC, No Tea, No water, No WiFi, Staffs are not supportive, lobby also no AC.

We planned to stay near Salem. Because our work was outside the town, we chose accommodation right on the highway, which was a good decision. It was a great stay, especially since they have an A2B restaurant and many other shops attached

1)Ac was not working properly 2)Food was not included in my package but I think breakfast should be complimentary in all bookings 3) room was neat and clean and bed was comfortable

The hotel is situated in the highway and it is ideal for overnight stays. A2B restaurant is also located in the same complex which helps with getting all meals. The room conditions were pretty decent and would have loved to have elevator installed. But, to be fair, it was already mentioned that lift isn't available.
