Room very dirty AC not working properly hot water not available for bath no proper communication

right from checkin they discourage you to book online we requested them to give us check out at 11 am they flatly refused and informed that as you have booked online through make my trip we will charge you half day for checkout after 10 am sharp they also told that next time if you book directly the checkout time is 12 noon so anyone who is booking this hotel online will not get any facilities which please note

Very poor and dirty infrastructure as well

Good but hygiene was not that perfect. however the team acted on it. also no facility to call reception, room service or dining. The price of the food and quality did not make it feel worth. stay is safe

proper location near mira road station.food is good ,amenities are good.breakfast is very good.clean washroom

Had a worse experience on this booking… your team had made false commitments on support for date change due to my flight reschedule, but property owner didn’t receive any from your team which they could considered if received on time... now I had paid full amount to make my trip and had not checked in due to reasons out of my control... now property team also denied to give a tax invoice as I have not checked in and they have not received payment... now my payment has only benefited make my trip team even I have not received any support or service... will make sure I am not going to use make my trip platform for any of my future requirements and delete my account created in this platform... I don’t want to deal with team who is not willing to support their customers

Hotel was ok but the front desk was rude. He called 3 times in 30 minutes about check out.
