We would like to clarify that in our breakfast we offer 24 hygienic and freshly prepared items, and we are sorry if this did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the room, your booking was in our Standard category, which is designed as a budget-friendly option. For more spacious and premium comfort, we kindly recommend our Deluxe or higher categories for your next visit. Hand towels and additional amenities are provided in our Premium, Super Deluxe, and Suite rooms, however, whenever a guest requests extra towels, we are always happy to provide them upon request. As for floor mats, we do not keep them inside rooms as they tend to create odor, but we do provide foot mats at the bathroom entrance for guest convenience. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused and hope to welcome you again, offering you a more comfortable experience in our higher category rooms.
