Excellent hotel with below average staff. Front desk need the replacement. Staff is cordial but not professional

Room maintenance was not good. They have not provided basic requirements in room like towels, dental kit, water bottles when we checked in. We have called them for all these things

Location is easily reachable & prime market is 2-4 km. Facilities is good Food is average

The service was really slow. Have to request twice to get the Towels,,Shampoo, water. Lady Receptionist was unprofessional and rude.

The hotel was fine only, just no ventilation in the room, and restroom also was very musty and small. Good location though

Good location, good service, nice cleanliness and good breakfast at a reasonable price Certainly will recommend as an excellent budget hotel

It was an awesome experience staying at HHI select. The cleanliness, politeness of staff and the quality if breakfast was great and much appreciable.

Maintance of hotel is very very poor intercome not working room are not maintened bathroom are also not maintenned

It's average need to improve so many things like lights which is broken or not working which mirror totally rested

A worst hotel to stay. Day by day this hotel is providing worst experience. Firstly the male staff at the reception behaves like he is the owner of the organization. Any request made is always declined. secondly the conditions of the rooms. water getting stagnant innthe shower cubicle. Drainage system has gone for a toss. on complaining the staff says we are received this complaint for the first time. The bathroom is stinking due to the damp walls. Thirdly the air-conditioning system of the rooms is total waste. it only works when the temperature is set to 16. Refrigerator is not available in all the rooms. Since lat year I have stay for a total on more than 25 days in this hotel ( 7 times ) due to the brand name they carry. But the services are touching the bare minimum level each time.

Service is 0 Food quality very average No respond from management

Not neat , Bathroom very bad , all broken cupboard , i vacate one day before for this situation . Food also no choice very bad

The place is quite comfortable But the staff aren’t very polite or friendly Including the security guards Otherwise it’s a fine experience
