Old refurbished property . Lift was horrible. Toilets were creaking . Overall the stay was pathetic

Worst maintenance not maintaining the Fern level of rooms poor experience 😔and please try to fix the door which are so hard to open and making weird sounds

The room was not clean and not the same as shown while booking. The food was also not good and too expensive.

check in time No one to carry luggage to the room, C grade break fast, resturant manager/incharg way of talking and replying too rude. Front desk receptionist debisha language to check out at 12:00 was completely unprofessional request for late check out was replyed in rude manner. over all Staff is desi , unprofessional.

The hotel property is decent and the breakfast spread is well placed. Few amenities are under renovation. Overall a satisfactory experience.

out dated property customer service was good also we've changed two room with high price but none of them has tv in working condition

The Hotel was centrally located and was well equipped. However, we had people entering our room with keys twice at around 6 am because of issues at the front desk.

Location was good. Food was average with very limited options in breakfast. Staff service was good and supportive.
