The Classic Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for one day and my overall experience was excellent. The staff were professional, polite, and very helpful, especially the room service team. The room and washroom were spotless and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options, including drinks and alcohol. The room rate was very reasonable and breakfast was included. Honestly, this is going to be my go-to hotel in Imphal from now on. Highly recommended!

My stay at The Classic Hotel, Imphal, was excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the room service is outstanding. The restaurant and food are amazing, and the staff are very well-behaved. On my next visit to Imphal, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

I had an average stay at the hotel. While the room was clean overall, it wasn't extraordinary. Basic amenities like room slippers were missing. Additionally, I encountered issues with the main door and bathroom door, which required extra effort to close and lock due to old knobs/ door I presume. The toilet flush also didn't work well, which became apparent later in the night. On the positive side, the welcoming staff and room service staff were commendable. The room service staff who brought our food was extremely polite and kind, However, our breakfast experience was disappointing. The buffet was closed, and we were offered limited options compared to other guests. Given my extensive experience in the hospitality industry, both in India and abroad, I was surprised by the staff's handling of the situation. The cutlery provided didn't match our meal, further adding to our dissatisfaction with the service. Overall, while some of the staff's politeness was the highlight, the issues with room amenities, doorknob, and breakfast service left us feeling unsatisfied.

Excellent, kind staff made my stay enjoyable. I had reserved a non-air-conditioned single-double room, but it was not available, so they gave me an air-conditioned room for free. I am grateful to the entire Classic staff for this simple gesture, which overwhelmed me. Highly recommended 👍

Has it's own grandeur! located in prominent place but away from daily hustle. Very calm and comfortable stay. linens are spick & span white. Large deluxe room with kettle complimentary breakfast spread is quite large to choose from and banquet is spacious too
