I am disappointed with make my trip not with the hotel.

Basic accommodation. The restaurant menu is very pricey. Some renovation is going on. The room given to be had open electrical wires. Serious electric accident can happen, but hotel administration is least bothered. Avoid this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all essential amenities. The staff was polite, responsive, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The in-house restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, and breakfast was particularly satisfying. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and public transport. However, soundproofing could be improved, as outside noise was occasionally disturbing. Overall, it provided great value for money. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable, affordable stay.

Not at all clean. Premium room category is like this then what would be the status of below category rooms. everywhere coakroaches in the room, washroom isnt clean. Housekeeping isnt available after 11PM. TV doesn't work. Upon asking for basic thing like water apart from Complimentary, I was provided water in used Mineral water bottle, they don't even have clean Jugs even if they want to provide RO water.

The stay was good in the premium room, deluxe room is average, and the hotel restaurant is good, overall good stay will visit again

My stay was of 3 days at this hotel. It was really very disappointing as well as horrible experience. Cleaning was not done for all 3 days neither they have provided water at room.

Unhygienic and dirty hotel. Coffee machine dysfunctional, no milk powder served after repeated requests. Breakfast not ready even till 8.00 am. Hotel sells ordinary rooms at Premium room rates.

The location is such that the approach road is dilapidated. Room service can be improved. Food is quite good. However, the breakfast variety was missing. It was the same menu everyday.

The hotel is small, but clean enough. if you are on a transit to some other place and just wanna spend a day or night before heading elsewhere, you may actually consider this. the bathroom is clean, which is always my first priority while selecting a place to stay outside. But mind it that it's small. The hotel must consider keeping cleaner and more presentable buckets and mugs in the bathroom. The hotel should have kept some glasses, a kettle, and a simple arrangement of self made tea and coffee for the guests in the rooms. Interestingly, the hotel has a restaurant that's a franchisee of Kapil Dev restaurant. so the eating area is actually good and the food is also okay.

I booked this hotel room for my friend. Room is not proper clean. Bathroom was also dirty. The room it's pathetic. Very small. Damage plaster, bathroom wall, and ac windows. Its horrible. And finally waiting half an hour in car parking, because someone parked car behind our car
