location is excellent. Hot water not available throughout the day. This is a big difficulty. No lift.

Very good location. Spacious. Staff behaviour is very good. Kanchanjanga was visible from Hotel. Few maintenance is required.

Food was not there including lodging but I buy the tea but that was not good....also room was not good at all very bad...not clean not proper furniture was broken ...at all as per price not good....never avail this type of room in this price...so I am unhappy at all

location is excellent but it seems it is lacking maintenance of basic amenities like poor wi fi, intercom, no flooding etc.

The hotel is located right on the mall. So, the location is great, but the room service and basic amenities are not up to the mark.

Hot water tap was not working. Breakfast was standard bread and omelette. Room service food quality and taste was average. Food is expensive compared to quality and taste. Otherwise, room was comfortable and location was excellent, right on darjeeling mall road. Mr rai and his team was very cooperative.

Wonderful location and excellent food at the restaurant. All the hotel staffs are very good and highly professional.

No heater, soap, and placed in third floor for senior citizen, i think that should be reviewed and take review with age

Stay was satisfying. Room is quite good. Bathroom is also neat and provided with satisfactory fittings.

The hotel was good. But we stayed in a backside room as there were no options to select the front side in mm t app. Better to book this hotel directly.

It’s a good experience….but hot water is not available all the time… service is very poor… room condition is ok 3.5/5…. View from balcony is 5/5… only 49 no room is having mountain view… otherwise balcony view is there view is good 4.8/5

Location is great, bang on mall, but for elderly people some walk/climb from keventers, coz, cabs are not allowed there. Hotel allotted us rooms on 4th or top floor and we requested to give us rooms in lower floors, they had similar category many vac-cant rooms in lower floors, but refused to keep our request. Climbing stairs to 4th floor was difficult for us senior citizens. Rooms are big, furniture store are worn out, wash room didn't look very clean, particularly with open plumbing lines it looked dated, linens/towels were not very clean either.

As it is on the chowrasta mall road it has various advantage as 1) l can see the mall from 4th floor balcony. 2) l can hear the song from my bed room. 3)various spots are nearby my hotel. 4)good hotel of bengali food nearby me. 4) taxi stand nearby my hotel. 5) kevinters restaurant (my favorite restaurant) nearby me. 6)various shops of the mall market beside my hotel. Moreover the behaviour of staff of the hotel's are very good. On 9th November l have seen a the hotels near my hotel are burning from large backside window and pray to god immediate stop it. At 1-15am the the temperature of outside the hotel in near about 5 degree (so very cold. L remind it now how dangerous can be occur. There was ladies married porters who carried ours luggage to the 4th floor by stair, which was unexpectable. Overall whole journey was successful by the hotel.

Huge room with all basic amenities, 24 hour hot/cold water, nice view. But there is room for upgradation of the stay, but as they are preparing to set up a new building in the same place i think they are not going to upgrade the current structure. But the present room is huge and represents british era flavour. And moreover being on the mall it makes the place even more attractive and yes their restaurant named aura is superb, both ambience wise and food wise and they also have a decent bar as well. Overrall my stay was a pleasant one. Thank you mmt.

It was a good stay. The location is great. The only problem was that there was slight bit of water leakage (drops of water) from the roof of one of the rooms. I had booked 3 rooms. Other two rooms were great.

Light, water force, geaser facility,, room service etc was poor, there was no fan, bathroom slipper, kettle, flask, daily drinking water supply, mosquito repellent, the top most room was very hot, breakfast was not included.

I stayed at bellevue hotel for two nights. Location is great, it is on chaurasta junction, so easy access to mall road, nehru road, and gandhi road. Everything is at walking distance. Mahakal temple is 5 minutes walking. Darjeeling junction is 15 minutes walking. Granery restaurant, kaventers, lunar restaurant are famous eateries and located at walking distance 5-10 minutes. Room is good with clean bedsheets and sufficient size. Bathroom needs more cleaning. Overall good for stay due to location advantage and happening place.

The room was gloomy with very less light and too much dust. It was not facing the mountains. The images in the app are misleading. Restaurant food option is very bad. Actually the hotel does not have any restaurant of its own. The rent is too high compared to the quality of room. Very disappointing experience.

Our seven daystays heaven in darjeeling. Totally undisturbed and we enjoyed as if we were in heaven.
