Hotel room was nice, wifi wasn’t working at all in the rooms. Tv also wasn’t working. Mattress cover and sheets were dirty and had stains.

Safety and hygiene and food.

Single staff is not wearing mask. No one is clenaing the room i stayed for 3 days. No kettle, no room heater even in -5 degree celsius. No one is cleaning the false pots. Blankets are dirty. Very high charges for food and food was very bad in taste. I ordered egg bhurgi they charge it for rs 120 and they made it of only one egg. Do not stay at this hotel even if they offered for free. They charge 4500 for one night.
