The hotel is a little away from Mall road but it is in a peace area. Dinner is available at a reasonable rate and quality of food can be said to be okay. staff behaviour is good. No public transport is available if you want to go roaming around Mall road.

The hotel denied check in inside hotel quoting the booking is full and shifted us to other hotel a star regency which was very poor in quality. There was no proper bedding, the bedsheet was smelling and no room service.

Food quality is not very good. Breakfast was okay but when you order from hotel restaurant that is not so good. Room interior is also very old. Overall it was not upto the acceptance. I haven't found the option on mmt that if i didn't like the hotel then can i change the hotel or no.
