Shantai Hotel

All are good in this hotel but only 2 500 ml water bottle provide free than chargeable in this price range provided this thing

We booked 4 rooms only all similar and same price only 1 room was good as per the pics and as per the actual when we visited before booking the room … rest all rooms were small and not clean upto thr mark

Review : It was pleasant stay at Shantai Hotel on dated 1st Nov, 2025 / Room No. 310. Check in Process is smooth. Staff is very polite & helpful. Hotel Rooms were Spacious & Clean. Hotel Ambiance & Surrounding is very calm & peaceful even though it is close to main area. Breakfast is tasty for veg. Few more items need to add for non vegetarians, for eg : Fried Eggs / Boiled Eggs / Masala Omelet. Rest overall Experience is awesome.

Room was not much good but okay okay, location was good but not the hotel as per ratings. ita an average hotel with limited breakfast options

The hotel is rated as 3,star but don’t have amenities of 3 star. Bathroom is too tiny and not stacked with quality soap shampoos. Toothpaste brush not kept. No room service till 7 am. Tissues not kept . Overall it is an ordinary deluxe hotel not 3,star rating

Mine was just overnight stay at Hotel Shantai, which was comfortable.

Stayed for 2 days. The hotel is neat and clean and well maintained. It is a good hotel for the price point.

Food: Decent Location: Very good Deficiency: in the bathroom, water takes really long to heat up, leading to lot of water wastage, and inconvenience to guests.

Nice location, day 2 breakfast was excellent, staff very polite, a small fridge is needed in the room, a locker is needed in the room.

It was a comfortable room and the service provided too was satisfactory including the Breakfast. Looking forward to staying again whenever in Pune. Thanks

It's good hotel. This is heritage hotel and well maintained. Breakfast is tasty. Staff is very co operative and professional. Valet parking is available.
