It was worst stay ever.. no cleaned rooms.. cupboards are very much dust.. n stinking

I had a pleasant stay overall — the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the TV was not active and no Wi-Fi connection inside the room, which affected the overall experience. If those issues are fixed, it would make the stay perfect.

Stay was very pleasant and neat the staffs are very polite and helpful, overall had no problem staying there.

Having cockroaches, pillows and bed covers are dirty. Often power outages are happening and power backup is not available.

Properties location and room is well and good but it has no amenities provided which are mentioned in site while booking. They haven't even provided tea service to booked room while I was asking because we had a newborn with us. Other than that things are fine

Location is good but the cleanliness is not upto the mark and staff does not have knowledge about the facilities like hot water AC etc Also they have mentioned not to use sofa as leg was broken and we had to ask for every basic thing like towel etc

We were disappointed with our stay. Although the room was clean and neat, the balcony view was obstructed by waste, contradicting the 'rooms with balcony' description. We had to request bath towels multiple times, and essentials like AC/TV remotes and kettles were missing. The restaurant was non-functional, and the room phone wasn't working. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied.

Staff is friendly but there is no food facility in the restaurant for now.Even coffee or tea. Restaurant is a bit costly keeping the amenities in view. Just we have only room. There is no help to get food from outside too, atleast that facility should be there. There is no much lighting around the property,and this is corner plot too. Neatness is maintained well.

Water facilities and food accommodation are both average.

I was looking for a budget-friendly hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony, the service was truly excellent. The receptionist was very kind and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants nearby, which were great value. We really appreciated the free parking as well. It's a great option for anyone looking for good value for money".

There were multiple insects including cockroaches and spiders in my room. Changed the room thrice and almost all of them had the same issue. Settled in regardless and had to deal with it for 3 days.

There was no handwash in the washroom

Yah! Hotel maintenance and staff approach well and good. The location and street view are especially fine.

Rooms were not ready even though I reached check-in time. No food was available in the restaurant. Power cut happened very frequently almost in 15min. No proper lights in the room and after the power cut it was completely dark. No handwash in toilet. For towels also we need to ask them they have provided. The only good thing was cleanliness.

Basic things are also not provided like dental kit, glasses, tv and ac remote. rest room are smells bad when we check in the room. Restaurant is not available. The water Heater is not working and reception is also not responsive. over all it is not worth for this much cost
