Food @ savera grand was ok , breakfast was very ordinary as nobody was there they might order from somewhere else: Though rooms were ok but no ventilation at all and congested space . But overall staff was polite and location I will not refer anyone to stay there , Even car 🚗 parks were not available at hotel .

2 Nights at Sawera Grand

Had a nice 2 days stay with family. Executive room, neat. Reception, lobby, restaurant perfect. Had their buffet breakfast and buffet dinner spread. Filling and tasty. Location is good since Partition Museum is very near. Jalianwala bag and Golden Temple a bit far, but definitely walkable. Lot of outside eating options near Partition Museum. They got me a good car arranged for Wagah border for a decent sum, so I could avoid the local touts. Cons: My room did not have an electric kettle, could not provide one though I complained. Parking might be an issue since the lane is narrow. Sitting arrangement at Ground floor restaurant is not adequate, as during buffet dinner, many people could not sit. In short, I received value for my money.

My stay in Sawera grand was amazing. It is no less than a star hotel having huge reception area. It is about 10 min walk to Jalianwala Bagh-Golden temple and 2-3 minutes to Partition museum. I would recommend the hotel to install instant electric water geysers in rooms to curtail water wastage.(present system requires keeping tap open for 10-15 min)

Proximity to the Golden Temple is the most convenient aspect of the hotel. The food is good, rooms near and clean, service up to the mark. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel who wants a hassle free stay close to the temple. Will return back to this hotel.

Receptionist, who charged us extra Rs1500 for same floor rooms

Their staff was not good who just trying to charge money for everything. Specially receptionist. I booked here 2 business class rooms online, & paid full payment. They gave us 2 rooms at 2 different floors & when I requested them please arrange both rooms at same floor so they charged me Rs1500 extra for the same. So be careful while anyone book room here . Thanks

Sewara Grand is an ideal Hotel for stay with family. The rooms are spacious and neat and clean. Hot water is available all the time. The Reception Staff and House Keeping staff are very cordial and attends to the guests needs very promptly. I would like to stay there during next visit as well.
