Experience was worst. No welcome drinks. No professionalism. No Amenities as mentioned. Even after I’ve upgraded my room to suite. Wasted my money. Breakfast was not too good

Positives : Staff was polite and co-operating. Good house-keeping, hassle free check IN.Room upgraded to executive for customer delight. Negatives : Phone was not working and issue not resolved even after complaint. H tower is very old design and not upto the mark.

Room are not as per standards. Room service very poor.

We checked into Sarovar Portico, Surajkund yesterday with expectations of a reputed brand, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Basic facilities were missing – There was no valet parking, the reception area air-conditioning was not working, and the first room shown to us had a strong sinking smell. Hotel interiors were below standard – The hotel was very small, with bare flooring and not a single carpet, giving it a poor impression overall. Staff behaviour – Some employees, whether in housekeeping or the restaurant, were extremely rude and unhelpful. The only positive part was one newly joined staff member (a girl, name not recalled) who genuinely helped us find a decent room. Without her assistance, we would have left within the first hour itself. Food and service – The snacks served were of very poor taste, and the service across departments was unsatisfactory. Frankly, this is not what one expects from a brand like Sarovar. If the management of the Surajkund branch does not take immediate steps to improve,. At present, we would not recommend anyone to waste their money here.

Rooms are clean n good, common area is full of rubbish , lights dont work in the common area. Food quality is so so, Room service is too bad. I'm Dining hall , table management is very poor, variety of buffet menu is good. Last two days there was no AC in the dining hall

Overall it was good and staff quality was superb and food was also ok surrounding was cool and you should add pool also for more attraction we will definitely visit again for a couple of days

The food quality was disappointing and far below expectations, and the AC was not working properly, which made the experience uncomfortable. However, the staff’s behaviour was excellent — they were polite, attentive, and genuinely tried their best to make us feel welcome

The hotel is big and near to sporting venue. It is well in budges however post taxes a bit expensive. The management helped me upgrade so a big thanks for that. However one v imp feeback is please do something about the mosquitoes in h409 there were plenty and my wife could not sleep also as it is not centrally ac hence room takes a bit of time to cool plus the shower was having really hot water even on cold tab when i came back at around 1pm that surely need to be fixed. Fiod is good with decent portion size and fresh. Room a spacious and big but need more upkeep as it is a big hotel. Overall thanks for a decent stay

Staying in this room was totally disaster. Water was flowing from every where. Commode , Wash basin. .Today morning when I was taking shower hot water from running all over. Diverter's problem who knows. Called several times no one has responded. Will not recommend any one.

entire staff are awesome, there staff if very friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. i stay at the hotel over 3 weeks 

The hotel is an old property. Staff is warm and caring. The food is average. The room ac is excellent. Overall our stay was comfortable. Hot water is available in wash rooms.

Good HK and eco friendly environment and parking facility is also there, Housekeep staff and well come deals staff all we cooperative.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your Sarovar property in Faridabad. What should have been a pleasant hospitality experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, the staff at the hotel were completely unprofessional and lacked even the basic understanding of how to treat guests. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that guest service and satisfaction were not a priority. No one at the restaurant bothered to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. The service was completely inattentive. When I checked into the room, I found several issues that were unacceptable for a property of this scale. The key card system was faulty—room locks didn’t work properly, and I had to request assistance multiple times. The room was poorly maintained, lacking basic amenities like a dental kit. The toilet was dirty and far from the hygiene standards expected from a hotel under the Sarovar brand. To make matters worse, the attitude of the reception staff and even the manager was shockingly rude. Instead of being apologetic or concerned, they displayed an unwelcoming attitude, suggesting that if I was not happy, I was free not to stay. This level of arrogance and indifference is completely unacceptable. Overall, I deeply regret choosing to stay at Sarovar Faridabad. This experience has not only left me dissatisfied but also frustrated. I hope the management seriously reconsiders their approach to training staff and maintaining service quality. This stay was a mistake, and I would not recommend this property to anyone unless serious changes are made. Sincerely, [Tejram]
