no warm water in the bathroom, no towel for hand washing, even we messaged the staff, but no response

best stay in mount abu, clean room.

Experience was excellent. Location of the hotel was very convenient and the food was very tasty. Hospitality was nice and owner is very humble. Staff was also very cooperative. Would love to visit again

Good Hotel. Cleanliness is good. Staff is polite. Rooms are safe. Good Parking Facility. Restaurant is good. For normal stay hotel is good, if you want luxury than this is not for that.

Hotel is near to all the location. Very clean and hygienic hotel room and wonderful service. Food is very tasty and amazing. Taste and quality of food are fantastic. Staff of hotel and restaurant are very humble, polite, and cooperative.

Had an excellent stay truly perfect for families. The rooms were neat, tidy, and far better than what I expected in this price range. Absolutely worth every penny. The staff was very cooperative, and the room service along with other facilities was well managed. The food was outstanding, especially the authentic South Indian breakfast in the morning. Overall, a wonderful experience!

1. The property is good as it is near to Nakki lake. 2. Staff behaviour is also good and they have politely behaved with us. 3. A parking facility is available. 4. Amenities like the washroom, water availability etc. are satisfactory. Further, I stayed 2 nights but cleaning and laundry did not change on the next day. Only this thing is disappointing me, otherwise all is very good.

Our stay in Hotel Saraswati was grand. Propertys location was in center place with open space in between. Food was Excellent. Food Service was too good.Hospitality from the Owner & Staff was Excellent. Owner was very friendly and he himself used to come and enquire about food quality and our likings etc.Rooms are always clean and hot water was available 24× 7. Room service was excellent. Overall our stay was Excellent.

रुकने की व्यवस्था ठीक है, पर सीनियर सिटीजन को बुकिंग के कारण बिना लिफ्ट वाले हॉटल में थर्ड फ्लोर में रूम देना ठीक नहीं लगा। स्पष्ट बोले वालों को थर्ड फ्लोर ही दिया जाएगा.

I recently stayed here while in Mount Abu and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay after exploring the town. The hotel also had good parking space, which made it very convenient for travelers arriving by car. Essential amenities like hot water and Wi-Fi were available and worked well throughout our stay. The staff deserves a special mention for their polite and helpful attitude, always ready to assist with a smile. The only drawback was the limited food options available at the property. A wider variety on the menu would have made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a good place to stay in Mount Abu if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

It was nice place to stay. we found properties location through map,all food service and amenities were very nice. Parking area was also nice
